Warranties & Maintenance
It’s rare that something like engine failure or repairs can happen within the first few years of ownership of a new vehicle, but they do happen, nonetheless. This plan, which covers all new Toyota purchases at our Toyota dealership from Jan. 31, 2018, on, features a Lifetime Powertrain Warranty.
Within this warranty, you’ll seemingly have every engine component covered if and when they need repairs or replacement. This includes the engine block and cylinder heads as well as all lubricated parts and more. Apart from the engine, this warranty also covers any and all transmission, transaxle, drive axle, and/or transfer case issues.
You may notice that this plan features four years of maintenance, which we’ll break down more in-depth here. The first two years or 25,000 miles, whichever comes first, are covered under Toyota Care, and the following two years will cover two synthetic oil changes and four tire rotations free of charge.
Roadside Assistance & Owner’s Manual Live
As part of the Toyota Complimentary Family Plan, you’ll be protected in the event your vehicle ever breaks down on the road, are in an accident, or run out of fuel. This plan features Roadside Assistance, which will cover a variety of issues should you ever be faced with them.
Unique to this plan is Owner’s Manual Live, which is a 24/7 customer service line that you can connect with if you ever have a question about your vehicle. When you get your new vehicle, you’ll be given a phone number that will lead directly to an agent. This service will be available to you for as long as you have your Toyota.
Rental Cars and Loyalty Discounts
In the event you need a loaner car for any reason, whether it’s just for a day while your car is being worked on or an extended period of time as a result of extensive repairs that are needed, the Toyota Complimentary Family Plan will ensure that you get a reliable loaner for as long as you need it. You’re allowed five total occurrences under this plan.
The final piece of this comprehensive plan is one that everyone will appreciate, which is loyalty discounts. Once your Toyota reaches 48,000 miles, you’ll receive a discount card that’ll give you 10% off future services.
